The time, logistics and costs involved in shipping wall panels, roof trusses and I-joists internationally are significant and in many cases prohibitive. It is for this reason that Nascor International focuses on licensing manufacturing facilities to outside companies on a turn-key basis.

Nascor is the only company that licenses all of the technology to properly manufacture and market a full line of engineered wood building products. Through this program Nascor provides its licensees with the manufacturing and marketing expertise to produce their own Nascor engineered building components.

Specifically a license includes:

• Production equipment
• Production training
• Code reports and technical data
• Proprietary design and business software
• Marketing and promotional materials

Nascor’s licensed manufacturers control their own costs, selling prices and lines of distribution providing them greater flexibility and the opportunity for increased profits.
